RETURN POLICY
RETURNS: You can return any item for a refund or exchange within 20 days of receipt. Just fill out the easy-to-use return form included in your package.
What we require for a refund/exchange:
1. Refund/Exchange Policy is 20 Days.
2. You are responsible for the shipping, handling, and return postage on all exchanges. We will gladly pay the return shipping charges to send a replacement if an incorrect, defective, or damaged item is received. Otherwise, all return shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of you, the customer.
3.We recommend you purchase insurance when shipping back your items, since we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged exchanges. Please note that Registered mail is not a guaranteed service and a tracer for lost packages cannot be started until 60 days after date of shipment.
4.All products returned must include the original package containing the merchandise received. Additionally, we do ask that the return shipment be sent in the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials as was previously used for shipping your merchandise.
5.Carefully package the items to be exchanged or returned and enclose a copy of your Return/Exchange Form indicating which item(s) you would like in place of your returned items. If there is a difference in price between the items you are returning, your credit card will either be credited or charged for the difference.
After returning the order to us, please allow up to 10 business days for exchange items to be mailed to you. Allow an additional 5 days for any credits to appear on your credit card.
